SPECIES LIST PRICES - 2024

Daily Rates Include:

 

  • All land transport from and to Port Elizabeth (PLZ) airport.

  • Accommodation, full catering and daily laundry service.

  • All non-alcoholic beverages and available alcoholic beverages (beer, spirits and wine in moderation).

  • Service of a professional hunter, tracker, skinner and use of a hunting vehicle.

  • Field preparation of trophies and delivery to local taxidermist.

  • Local hunting permits.

 

Daily Rates exclude:

  • Trophy fees of animals taken, wounded or lost.

  • All air transport.

  • Day of arrival at cost of $450.

  • Personal and Medical Insurance.

  • All Taxidermy work, dipping, packing and shipping of trophies.

  • Personal and medical expenses, gratuities and phone calls.

  • Rifle permit costs.

  • Rifle hire and ammunition.

  • Accommodation beyond the contracted safari period.

  • Excursions, day trips and entrance fees e.g. Game Parks, Fishing Charters, etc.

  • 15%  Government required Tax (VAT).

 

TERMS OF BUSINESS

  • All prices are on cash terms, inquire for different payment terms.

  • All prices quoted in US Dollars, exchange rate between USD and ZAR varies.

  • To confirm a booking a 50% deposit of daily rates for the contracted period is required (hunters and non-hunters), payable in cash or wire transfer. A minimum deposit of $1,500 per booking will apply.

  • Minimum 50% of total estimated safari cost is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

  • The balance is payable upon completion of the safari in cash or by wire transfer.

  • If a transferred safari agreement is entered into, the safari will be subject to a revised quote.

  • All prices may be subject to change, due to fluctuations in exchange rates, prospective clients will be notified in advance.

  • The Outfitter/PH is in charge of the safari from arrival to departure and will use his own discretion where necessary for the best interest of our clients.

  • All clients are to sign the safari contract and indemnity.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the event of a cancellation more than 60 days prior to the commencement of your safari, the deposit will be refunded, provided only that the safari can be re-booked within 12 months. The balance of the deposit will be credited against  the fees for your re-booked hunt. Deposits will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation less than 60 days prior to the commencement of your safari.
